Open your GTA San Andreas 2 Player mod folder and find there Gta Sa v1.0US - open that mini folder and copy gta sa.exe and data files all put in your main gta sa folder ( where you have the game ) 2. Install CLEO4.exe from Gta 2player mod folder into your gta sa folder. 3. Open modloader folder in Gta 2player mod folder - copy modloader IMO looked better, but a few crashes here and there. Still working out the links. Fortunately, the crashfix mod tells pretty accurately what caused the crash. The mod pack from the steam link is the most robust I've used.
